How to donate
- Employer Matching Gifts
Does your company offer matching gifts? Click here to see if your company will match your donation to the Columbia Orchestra.
Use our online donation form. Your donation will be confirmed by e-mail, and you will receive a written acknowledgment and thank-you by mail.
- By mail
First print and fill out our donation card. Viewing and printing this form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader; if you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download a free copy. Then mail the form along with a check to The Columbia Orchestra, sending it to the address at the bottom of this web page.
- Other gifts
If you would like to make a non-cash donation to the orchestra, please contact the orchestra office at 410-465-8777. We will be happy to discuss other gifts with you.
- Planned gifts
A planned gift is an excellent way to show your appreciation and support for the Columbia Orchestra and its mission. If you would like to include the Orchestra in your estate planning, please click here for additional information.
If you would prefer that your donation remain anonymous, just let us know. If you would like to donate specifically to the Columbia Jazz Band, just include a note in the "memo" section of your check or in the comment section of the online form.
The Columbia Orchestra and Jazz Band is a 501(c)(3) organization—donations to which are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. A copy of our current financial statement is available upon request by calling our office. Documents submitted to the State of Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401, for the cost of copying and mailing.
